RE: SUMMARY OF THE APRIL 13TH TAC MEETING
The following is a summary of the April 13th WCCTAC-TAC meeting. The sign-in sheet is attached (for mailed copies).
1. STMP Update – Staff discussed the timeline for adoption of the updated STMP. The final draft of the documents will be emailed for review on Friday, February 14th. Comments are due as soon as possible, but no later than April 25th in order to prepare for the WCCTAC Board meeting. Staff requested that the cities/County work with WCCTAC staff on making presentations at Council/Board meetings in May.

3. Street WISE and Workshop Program – Shannon Ladner-Beasley and Nancy Baer from Contra Costa Health Services discussed the first workshop to be held on April 26th and solicited comments on the draft schedule/topics for future workshops.

Lifeline
Transportation Program Grants – Grant ideas were discussed. It did not appear that there was an
opportunity for additional collaboration except that WCCTAC staff will follow
up with Paul Branson (Contra Costa County Aging and Adult Services) on two
applications that the County is submitting to determine whether there are

WCCTAC Budget and San Pablo Avenue Operations and Maintenance Costs for FY 06-07 – Staff gave a brief update on the budget and the San Pablo Avenue O and M (included with the dues and an eligible Measure C “return to source” expenditure). Staff requested that the member agencies notify staff if a presentation to the Council/Board/Agency is required. Comments are due by May 31st. Final adoption of the budget and related documents will be at the June 30th WCCTAC Board meeting.
